Shipping & Delivery
If your items are ordered before 3pm today, you can expect to receive your order within 2-5 working days via Royal Mail. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays. Please allow additional days for rural postcodes.
Shipping is available to residential addresses only. Shipping costs will be added on the checkout page.

Your privacy is very important to us. We will never release personal information from you, such as your name, email address, address or billing information. When placing an order, all information will be stored on our secure servers. This store is fully compliable with the Data Protection Act and consumer legilation.

Returns & Replacements
You have 28 days to decide if an item is right for you. The Rocky Horror Shop guarentees to refund any item(s), provided that they have been kept in resonable condition and are in their original packaging prior to their return. The item(s) cannot be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and the label or tags must still be intact.

Please note, the Rocky Horror Collectors Edition Album Box Set and Rocky Horror Show iOS app cannot be returned to this store - please contact amazon.co.uk for the box set or apple.co.uk for the app.
Ordering
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Customer Services on sales@rockyhorrorshop.com and include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.
